'Bear is a replica Viking longship about 35 feet overall length. She belongs to Regia Angolorum Ltd who are based close to Herne Bay in Kent.

They own several other similar vessels that take part in events all over the country, and are also available for TV and film work.

We have scarphed in repair sections to four of Bear’s bottom planks, including the forward section of both garboards.
